O-1 for extraordinary ability
Devika Chandnani is an immersive dancer working for companies such as Dance Theater of Harlem, The Alvin Aley American Dance Theater, and Third Rail Projects. Although Devika was a young, recent graduate performing artist with an agent case amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we were able to build a very strong and well-documented case that earned her a straight approval for her 3-year O–1 visa in September 2020. Devika attests:
