O-1 for extraordinary ability
Hyungjo Moon, Photographer, received a BFA in Photography from Chung-Ang University, Seoul, in 2014 and an MFA in Advanced Photo Studies from Bard College in 2017. He applied for change of status from F to O-1 in September 2018 and got his O-1 visa stamp at the US Consulate in Korea in December 2018.
“As an artist, I was difficult to choose the lawyer who really cares about O-1 visa process.
