Congratulations to California-licensed architect Jingwen He on successfully obtaining her O-1B visa!

She earned her licensure in just two years—an impressive feat that speaks to her professional expertise in architectural design, sustainable planning, and project management. Jingwen excels at overseeing the full design process, from concept through construction documentation, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and effectively. Her portfolio spans K–12 educational buildings, healthcare facilities, transportation hubs, commercial complexes, and urban design, all with a focus on marrying aesthetics with functionality.

We submitted her O-1 petition on September 13, 2024, and received approval on December 12, 2024. Jingwen shared her experience in a Google review:

“Jane and her team’s expertise in assisting O1 petition process is very efficient and reliable, especially for designers and architects. I highly recommend working with them for any immigration cases.”

Currently, we are preparing her EB1 petition. While the materials for EB1 are similar to those required for an O-1—such as awards, media features, exhibitions, and academic publications—EB1 demands higher-level recognition from prestigious platforms. Peer review experience is also highly valued in EB1 cases. Jingwen is actively building this part of her portfolio, and her role as a Grand Award Jury member for the A’Design Award & Competition is a strong testament to her industry standing.
