Founder of AI Biotech Company
In March 2026, Chinese national, Tim Chen, received in O-1A approval as the founder of an AI Biotech Company through an agent-based petition through Artists & Entrepreneurs Inc. Chen was a STEM Postdoctoral Researcher in the US who became an entrepreneur. He holds a PhD in Physical Chemistry. Dr. Chin writes:
