O-1 for extraordinary ability
Korean designer Jessie Yoon, received two three year O-1 visas through our office, in 2014 and 2017. She writes:
“For past 12 years, I have filed 7 visa applications and 1 green card application. As a foreigner who stays in U.S. for the long term, applying and renewing visa every several years is an unwelcoming issue. I have worked with several attorneys during my 8 applications.
